CSfC Members voted to support these two special election candidates, in addition to Jonathan Ossoff of Georgia.
Trump’s appointment of Republican Ryan Zinke to become interior
secretary has left open Montana’s sole House Seat, resulting in a
special election scheduled for May 25. The appointment of Mick
Mulvaney as OMB Director has likewise led to a special election in
South Carolina for his House seat, scheduled for June 20.
Recent news
reports suggest that Democrats Rob
Quist and Archie
Parnell have a real opportunity of winning these seats. Activists
around the country as well as here close to home are now banding
together to work for their campaigns.
We'll be running a GOTV phone bank for Quist on Wednesday, May 24, ahead of the May 25 special election:

Our members have chosen to work on promoting economic fairness, comprehensive health care reform, creating policies that conserve energy and reduce greenhouse gas emissions, provide for fair and adequate access to public transportation, and promoting in-state tuition for immigrant youth.
